5098 bread

We are a sourdough bread bakery that operates under cottage law and have been doing markets in the Las Vegas area for the past 2 years. I selected Jan 20th because a date had to be chosen to submit the app, but we are hoping to join the Boulder City market starting Feb 3. We do not sample or cut our food and all items are sealed in packaging to sell.
